I'm Michaela. I built Boppart Digital because the line between operating finance and building the systems that operate it is where the next decade of value lives.

Five ventures in eight months proved it to me. Now we're proving it for partners.

Finance + operations, from the start.

I started in finance in 2001. Twelve of the last twenty-four years I spent as a co-founder of Primetime Creative Group — running finance, payroll, and operations for live productions reaching 50'000 people.

Concerts. Corporate events. Cultural productions. International artists. Global brands. Complex multi-vendor execution where the numbers had to be right, the schedule had to hold, and there was never time to fix it twice.

That decade is where I learned that finance and operations are the same discipline at scale.

Then, institutional finance.

2016 – 2022. Six years inside two Swiss institutions — first a financial services group in Zürich, then a materials research institute in Dübendorf. Head of AP / AR roles. Process digitalization. ERP optimization. Workflow automation.

Multi-entity consolidation. Intercompany reconciliation. FX revaluation. Dunning processes. The full unglamorous core of how mid-cap and large organizations close books at scale.

The system that pays for itself in six months is more valuable than the system everyone is talking about.

This is where the operating muscle for Boppart Digital was built.

Now, building it.

2022 — founded Boppart Digital. Senior finance leadership for Swiss SMEs, international groups, global consumer brands. Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction work where senior judgement is non-negotiable.

2025 — founded AIXXII. AI Operating System for decision intelligence, learning, responsible AI adoption. Now one of five ventures inside the studio.

Today the studio takes on select Platform Studio builds and AI Consulting engagements. Operating from Zürich. Available remote-first with quarterly in-person touchpoints when it matters.

First Co-Founder Role

Co-founded Primetime Creative Group.

Twelve years running finance, payroll, and operations across live productions for audiences up to 50'000. Concerts, corporate, cultural events. International artists, global brands, complex execution.

2016
Institutional Finance

Head of AP/AR — Swiss financial services group.

Zürich. Process digitalization, ERP optimization, company-wide expense management workflow. Strengthened internal controls across the finance organization.

2017
Research Sector

Head of AP & Financial Process Optimization.

Dübendorf. Full AP cycle ownership, procure-to-pay digitalization, automation. Measurable gains in speed, accuracy and process quality.

2022
Boppart Digital Founded

Senior finance practice begins.

Founded Boppart Digital as interim finance leadership for Swiss SMEs, international groups, global consumer brands. Multi-entity consolidation, group closing, payroll across jurisdictions, ERP transformation.

AIXXII Founded

The first AI venture ships.

Founded AIXXII — Swiss AI Operating System for decision intelligence and responsible AI adoption. The flagship of what would become a five-venture portfolio.

Operating Principles

Three convictions we work from.

I.

Precision is a posture.

Finance trained us to expect that things tie. We bring that posture to every build. The numbers reconcile. The code ships. The roadmap holds.

II.

Few things, deep work.

We say no to most opportunities. The ones we say yes to get our full attention. Solo-operator execution means the founder is also the builder.

III.

You own what you build.

No template subscriptions that expire. No vendor lock-in. We hand over code, infrastructure, documentation. The work outlives the engagement.
